Season 1, Episode 10

70s Era Turnaround

Dan and Melinda purchase a property in South Tulsa, OK, that looks like it's straight out of the 70s. They're forced to take down a ton of wood paneling and run into a serious foundation issue, but their biggest concern is with the unreliable comps in the area. There's much more risk involved when it comes to pricing and selling a property, which is a very stressful proposition for these house flippers.
