Season 1, Episode 7

A devoted team of flippers take charge in helping rebuild Little Italy.

The teams are up early to scout the list of properties up for auction today. They have only two hours to make quick decisions on the homes before risking big money at the auction. In San Jose, there's a 2-bedroom home up for bid, and Rick and Vinny have secret intel on the neighborhood that has them ready to take a big risk. Todd and Michael are also eager to get their hands on the place because they love its downtown location. Also in San Jose, Alisha wants to bid on a 3-bedroom home that has tons of charm, but Josh fears is too much work. Todd and Michael want this place too and think getting two homes at the auction is a great way to double their profits. Little do they know, the home's new addition will make them want to run the other way. And a 2-bedroom row house in San Francisco has Dom and Krista intrigued, but Rick and Vinny have their own plans for the place. Once the auction starts, the battle begins. Who will risk it all? And what surprises are waiting when they walk inside? Find out on the next Flip It To Win It!
