Modern Entryway Turned Art Gallery

To encourage flow from the front door to the rest of the home, designer Joe Human layered this modern entryway with polka dot wallpaper and wood floors in copper. Three evenly-spaced paintings of iconic heroines further enliven the walls and help transform the space into a gallery for pop art.

Whimsical Chairs + Vintage Details

To keep all eyes on his client's artwork, designer Joe Human outfitted this eclectic corner with chairs that boast small-scale patterns. A metal shelf centers the vignette and turns the bachelor's favorite possessions into a topic of conversation.

Cohesive, Neutral Accents

For a truly cohesive look, the designer also decided to keep the room's contemporary, midcentury and ancient accents within the same neutral color palette. A blue area rug softens the floors, as well as provides a splash of visual contrast.
