This gray contemporary home sits high on a hill, making the addition of steps from the stone brick driveway to the entrance a necessity. Orange trees grow on either side of the home, while other plants and shrubs are thoughtfully spaced throughout the landscape.

Designer Jeff Troyer remodeled this outdoor spa area, raising and tiling the pool and adding a waterfall. After the landscaping was thinned out, a seating area was created above the blue-tiled pool and hot tub.
