Designer Daleet Spector used a tufted gray sofa and long, rectangular wood dining table to create an element of division between the two rooms in this spacious loft home. Fun design features like a bike secured to a wall, colorful furniture and velour navy blue drapes give the two spaces creative flair.

These fun and funky living and dining areas feature deep blue accents, as seen in the velour curtains and built-in cabinets. A gray tufted sofa provides a division between the two rooms, while several items –– like the pink end table, bright throw pillows and turquoise armchair –– provide pops of color.

A gray metal rolling island, light fixture and stools add to the industrial feel of the space, while yellow zigzag wallpaper and a pink-and-red star runner add pops of color and texture.
