Spicy Sausage Balls

Combine 3 cups baking mix, 1 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 pound of spicy ground sausage, and 1/4 cup of diced canned jalapenos in a bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls and bake on a parchment lined sheet for 12-15 minutes in a 375˚F oven.

Pancake Dippers

Cook breakfast sausage links. Use store-bought or homemade pancakes to roll around cooked links. Wrap each in waxed paper and cool. Before serving, unwrap pancake dippers, place in a casserole dish, cover with lightly damp paper toweling and heat in the oven. Serve with a variety of syrups for dipping.
