Berry Brazilian Cocktail

This delicious cocktail gets a little sweetness and style from muddled summer strawberries.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz. Cachaca, Brazilian rum
3 strawberries*, diced
1 tsp. agave nectar
Two dashes ground cinnamon*

*Strawberries are as high in vitamin C as orange juice, and one teaspoon of cinnamon contains 28 mg of calcium and 1 mg of iron.

Preparation

Muddle the strawberries, agave and cinnamon in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add ice and Cachaca. Shake well and strain into a large rocks glass.
