From the home’s front porch, a glimpse inside offers a look at bold entry with coral and white striped wallpaper, which offers a modern twist on nautical blue and white. “The entryway had absolutely nothing memorable about it whatsoever before,” says designer Brian Patrick Flynn. “It was dark and dingy, and it felt like a basement.”

Coastal-Inspired Details

Build manager Dylan Eastman found the modern architectural front door with glass that connects the entry to the porch outside. The door was sprayed coral, a color inspired by the life preservers seen on the docks in the waterfront of Portland, Maine.
