They'd like to find a well-appointed three-bedroom suburban home where they can start a family. But is this Canadian couple ready for the realities of New England real estate? Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a perfect home in just the right neighborhood. But are they ready to be flexible with their Toronto-centric perceptions? After a few home tours, the couple is torn between a turnkey townhouse and a sprawling ranch home in need of a few updates. And when they finally decide to make an offer, they take an aggressive approach. Will the negotiating tactic pay off?
