After living in her parents' basement, business-savvy Danielle has saved up a tidy nest egg and is looking to buy a Boston home of her own. With her finances on track, she's looking forward to independent living. But even with the support of her family, she fears she might be jumping into home ownership too soon. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to steer Danielle to the perfect property. But can she decide whether she wants a condo or a detached home? After a few visits, Danielle is torn between a gracious move-in ready condo and a charming 200-year-old fixer-upper just minutes from work. And when she finally makes up her mind, learns there are already other offers on the table. Will she outbid the competition?
