Nighttime views of downtown San Francisco make this room the ideal spot to lounge and watch the city by the bay. A daybed centered in the middle of the living room facilitates multi-directional seating to allow conversations with people on both sides of the room. Design Tip: On long rectangular rooms, split the room into two seating areas placed at both ends of the room and use backless seating in the middle of the room to maintain the openness. People can then sit in the middle of the room and easily face either seating area to facilitate multi-directional conversations.
