Inspired by 1930s Spanish Colonial architecture, designers transformed this once-neglected front yard with raised garden beds, a bespoke fire pit, and a custom fountain all grounded by loose plantings and decomposed granite. At the side yard, a water feature, integrated grill area, outdoor shower and surf-board decor complete the Southern California vibe.
