Tim and Meredith both grew up spending summers on the Cape. The couple wants a place where they can host friends and family and reconnect with their past. But their hesitations over acquiring a second mortgage have been holding them back. With their sights set on a home with enough space to rent out to families, Matt Blashaw will have to find a home with classic Cape charm that won't break the bank.
