Dana & Christian grew up vacationing in Marathon, FL with their families. After meeting as teenagers and gradually losing touch, the two reconnected 10 years later and are now looking to buy their dream vacation home in the Keys, together! It's a race against the clock for Matt Blashaw to find this couple a blank slate with direct ocean access that they can put their own stamp on. But will the couple be willing to make sacrifices for the perfect waterfront location or will they be priced out of paradise.

Key Largo Retreat
Julie and Joe have fond memories of their teenage years vacationing in Key Largo and are now hoping to recreate those memories with their two rambunctious boys. While Joe is full steam ahead, Julie is apprehensive about getting stuck with the carrying cost of a second home. Matt Blashaw will have to work his magic to find these full-time Florida residents an affordable getaway with enough 'Keysy' character so they feel like they are escaping to paradise.

Port St. Joe Escape
Six years ago, Kerry & Joy moved their large family to Haiti to open a free medical practice. Now back in the states, this giving couple is focused on raising their 8 children and spending some quality time together at the beach. Finding an affordable vacation home is always a challenge; but finding a home to accommodate a family of ten is a tall order! Matt Blashaw will work round the clock to get this charitable family the perfect getaway they deserve!

Sanibel Sanctuary
New Jersey natives Stephanie and Eddie are looking to escape the frigid Northeast winters and head south to quaint Sanibel, FL. While Eddie has always dreamed of owning a sunny escape, Stephanie is a bit hesitant to take on a second mortgage with four kids to put through school. Matt Blashaw will have to find an affordable home packed with old Florida charm so this busy family can migrate south and enjoy some warm weather, together!

Las Vegas Vacation
Matt Blashaw is on the hunt for a vacation home in sunny Las Vegas for college sweethearts Shannyn and Blaine and their three energetic kids. Despite its rowdy reputation, Las Vegas has become a family and kid-friendly destination. This couple is craving some vitamin D and quality time together away from their hectic lives and Matt knows just how to find them the perfect home and turn their dreams into a reality!

La Jolla Paradise
Chuck and Janine have always dreamed of owning a little slice of paradise on the beach in La Jolla, CA. But La Jolla is called the 'The Jewel' for a reason; housing prices are steep and affordable beachfront homes are scarce. Matt Blashaw must dive deep into the La Jolla real estate market in order to find a reasonably priced home that is walking distance to the beach for this family of avid surfers!

Sedona Oasis
Matt Blashaw is on the hunt for a home in tranquil Sedona, AZ for Kelly and Mike. This couple is looking for a secluded and peaceful retreat with easy access to arts, culture and outdoor activities. But Sedona is known for its high end resorts and spas, so Matt must find a home in a desirable location with enough amenities and features to attract renters and contend in this competitive vacation market.

Relaxing in Wine Country
The Napa Valley is known for its elegant wine, picturesque landscape and coveted real estate. Matt Blashaw takes lifelong friends Mark and Juliette on a house hunt for a wine country retreat where they can bring their friends and enjoy the finer things in life. With a long wish list and a limited budget, these fast friends must be willing to compromise in order to get their vacation home amongst the vineyards.

Wilderness Retreat
After visiting friends in the sleepy mountain town of Arnold, CA, Randa and Kevin decided it was the perfect place for their family to vacation. With an affinity for outdoor activities and a tangible real estate market, this multi-season haven is still relatively unknown. Matt Blashaw will help this family find their retreat in the woods before word gets out and they get priced out!

Southern Charm
Bill and Anne were searching for the perfect beach escape when they drove through the quaint town of Beaufort, SC and fell in love. Rich with historic homes and classic southern charm, Beaufort offers a vibrant main street and easy access to the sand and sea. Matt Blashaw will take these empty nesters to see a variety of homes but with differing wish lists it could be a challenge to get this couple to agree on their dream vacation home!

Beachfront Dreaming
Sanjay and Sejal are in the market for a vacation home in the family-friendly seaside town of Carolina Beach. With its family friendly shoreline and nostalgic beach charm, Carolina Beach is a convenient getaway for this busy family of five. But homes close to the beach run a high price tag; so Matt Blashaw must convince this couple that a fixer upper on the beach is not too much for this couple to take on.

Lakeside Living
Jen and Scott love living in suburban Atlanta, but to escape the steamy summers they like to cool off on Lake Lanier. After searching for three years, this couple is ready to sign on the dotted line. But Jen and Scott are intimidated by large renovations projects and with a tight budget Matt Blashaw will have to find an affordable lakeside home that won't scare them away.
Season 2, Episode 13
Catskill Mountain Home
Luca and Laura moved to New York City from Italy to embark on a new adventure. While they love the hustle and bustle of the City, they also love to escape to conveniently located Hunter Mountain. Both are avid skiers and outdoor enthusiasts, searching for a vacation home with old-world charm. Matt Blashaw will have to search this valley high and low to find a home that fits their tight budget but is also within close proximity to the mountain.
