Expecting parents hunt for a home that's in their dream neighborhood

Expectant parents Puja and Arvey want to move closer to their parents in North Hollywood, CA, so that they can get help with childcare once they've had the baby. They like Sun Valley's family-oriented feel and the fact that it has trendy shops and businesses. Having been out-bid in the past, the couple is desperate to find a home before the baby is born. They meet up with licensed contractor, Josh Temple who will bring the couple all over the neighborhood to ask homeowners if they will sell their home in just 24 hours!
