Four Friends Looking to Share Paradise on Fire Island

Four childhood best friends, Julie, Eric, Jon and Vanessa, are on the search for the beach vacation home of their dreams in Ocean Beach, on Fire Island, NY. Fire Island is a summer hotspot for East coasters looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. The only way on or off the island is by ferry and during the summer there are no cars allowed, forcing visitors to embrace the slower beach pace. These friends have been visiting, working and renting every summer for the past ten years and now by combining their budgets they are looking to buy a vacation getaway to share. Splitting the purchase evenly, the group is looking for a place to live in together during the summer, close to town, that fits all their separate needs and with enough space so they are not on top of each other.

Siblings Searching to Share a Mountainside Retreat in Mammoth Lakes

Eldest brother Art and his wife Jodie, along with his sister Ann, their brother Anthony and wife Maiko are searching to co-own a mountainside getaway in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Centrally located in California and surrounded by the mountains of the Eastern Sierras, Mammoth Lakes is a nature lovers oasis. It is best know as a winter hotspot with its powdered peaks and premier skiing. However, during the summer, the vast, untouched wilderness of its national forests and lakes draws a crowd to hike, bike, fish and sightsee. In this competitive vacation market they are working with a shared budget of $415,000, in the hopes to find a place that fits all of their specific needs along with their four dogs.
