Jamie and Karen Jenkins recently purchased a boathouse for their family to enjoy. The only problem is?their boathouse is old, outdated, and needs a lot of work before they can actually 'enjoy' it. So, they set out to renovate their boathouse together and even though they start off strong, Jamie & Karen quickly learn that unforeseen challenges and disgusting surprises lurk everywhere within their boathouse walls.
