Tired of his long commute and ready to take their relationship to the next level, Victoria and Jeff are looking for a fully loaded family-size home in one of Tampa's hottest neighborhoods. Property expert Egypt Sherrod vows to find them a move-in ready home where they can put down roots. And the good news is their ample budget means they can afford a place in their preferred community. Meanwhile, Jeff is determined to wheel and deal. But when his lowball strategy doesn't pay off, it may be time to switch gears.
