Desperate to end his crazy commute, New Hampshire's Mark is hoping to move out of his parents' place and into a bachelor pad of his own. The 24-year-old has saved up a tiny down payment and is looking for a maintenance-free, two-bedroom condo near Boston that fits his limited budget and active urban lifestyle. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find Mark a bachelor pad that suits. But is this property virgin ready to take the plunge? Mark visits a few listings outside of town, but none compare to an affordable two-bedroom condo Sandra shows him in Boston's desirable South End. Mark decides to put in an offer - But will this well-priced condo be too good to be true?
