With their feng shui requirements, newlyweds Mary and Efi are looking for the perfect starter home that's guaranteed to bring happiness and good fortune. But even with their healthy budget, their dreams may be too big for their wallets. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to lead the couple to a spacious suburban home that fits the bill. But with such a demanding wish list, she says they'll need to be flexible. At first, Mary can't get past esthetics and a few potential properties are sold out from under them. And when they finally visit a house they love, Egypt tells them to prepare for a bidding war.
