A Home of Their Own

Greg and Erin have been renting a property in Yonkers but dream of raising their two daughters in a home of their own. They've saved up a down payment and now they're looking to put down permanent roots in a family-friendly community. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to track down a comfortable move-in ready property in the suburbs an hour outside Manhattan, but warns the couple they may have to compromise on their substantial wish list. Greg wants a swimming pool and Erin has her heart set on an en suite bathroom just for her, and the challenge is getting them to see beyond the details.
