Legal Aces Administer A+ Attic for a Chance to Win Cash

Host Matt Blashaw challenges married couple Tom and Lara Lynch to turn their unfinished attic into a kids' play space like pros for a chance to win cash. When the project is finished, Matt, along with professional contractor and guest expert, David Zach, will judge the quality of the finished work and try to determine how much the Lynches spent on their attic renovation. If Tom and Lara are able to do it for less than the experts' price, they win the difference in cash. Tom works in law enforcement, and Lara is a lawyer, so these two are used to following the rules, but they haven't really worked together on projects before. Tom has completed several past renovations, and Lara has an eye for finish details, but this is the biggest project they've tackled together. Can this legal pair overcome all the objections and render a professional grade attic as their verdict?
