Graham is living life to the fullest as a single bachelor and now he's on the market for his first home. His sister Jen and brother in law Darryl have offered to help him out with the down payment. Graham wants a condo, but Darryl and Jen aren't too keen on the idea of a condo and think Graham needs a home to start a family. Real estate agent Darrin has three different properties for them to view. And now that they've viewed the properties it's decision time...who's going to win this tug-of-war?
