Tony and Traci, a young couple from California, are moving to Charleston and expecting their first child all at the same time. They've purchased a gorgeous Victorian in an up and coming part of town, but this home is over 100 years old and its age is definitely showing! Krystine and Ryan get to work renovating and designing the space. After more than a few surprises, the home is transformed into the perfect mix of southern elegance and functionality.
