Kim and Randy bought their beachside rancher ten years ago when they learned their daughter's health issues would cause her to rely on a wheelchair. But as she grows and moves into a bigger chair, their already cramped home is about to get tighter. Designer Jillian hopes to win with a stunning redesign that functions better for their family. While Realtor Todd believes he can find exactly what this family needs in a spacious, open concept home close to the beach. Conflicted over what to do with their poorly configured home, Kim and Randy must decide. Will they love their home again, or will they list it?
