Blended Family

When Shanti and Marcelo bought into their beautiful, lakeside community four years ago, they were looking for a great location to start their new life as a blended family. Their house was perfect, but now their family of five is a family of six. They're completely out of space, and sharing only one bathroom. Luckily, our two experts Designer Jillian and Real Estate Agent Todd are ready for the task. Jillian and her team will redesign the home's layout in an attempt to create more space, while Todd hopes a larger, move-in ready home will seal the deal.
