A Fresh Upgrade

Nine years ago Lucky and Nancy found the perfect neighborhood and house, but with four kids and a growing family, Nancy is ready to search for a bigger space. To get them to stay, Jillian shows the couple that by knocking a few walls down and revamping the kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck, space can be created to fit the family of six. To get them to move on to greener pastures, Todd shows Nancy and Lucky a house already equipped with the extra room they need and a basement complete with a home theater perfect for family fun nights. Divided on what to do with their first family home, Nancy and Lucky will soon have to make a decision -- will they love it or will they list it?
