Twenty-somethings, Jabari and Kia, are ready to buy their first home in Aurora, Illinois. She wants a big, two-story Colonial with all the bells and whistles. He'd rather buy a single story ranch at the lower end of their $250,000 budget, as long as it has a large basement for his music studio. Will these first-timers be able to compromise?
