Season 91, Episode 8

Victorian vs. Craftsman in Salt Lake City

Douglas and Dan recently relocated from Virginia to Salt Lake City to work at the same women's clothing line. They both want a century old house, but Douglas has his heart set on a Victorian with a foyer, where guests can pause before entering the living room. Dan, on the other hand, prefers a craftsman with a guest bedroom on the main level for his mother when she visits. But in Salt Lake City's competitive real estate market, they're going to have to make some compromises.
