Twenty-something Philadelphia resident, Alyssa, is tired of throwing money away on rent, so she's decided it's time to buy a home. To help with the mortgage, she's lined up her friend and sorority sister, Audra, to move in and pay rent. Alyssa's looking for a classic Philadelphia rowhouse or condo. But what's most important of all is a large rooftop deck or patio so she can host lots of parties. Audra, on the other hand, is more concerned about amenities.
