Twenty-something Seeks Philadelphia Rowhouse with Outdoor Space for Parties

Twenty-something Philadelphia resident, Alyssa, is tired of throwing money away on rent, so she's decided it's time to buy a home. To help with the mortgage, she's lined up her friend and sorority sister, Audra, to move in and pay rent. Alyssa's looking for a classic Philadelphia rowhouse or condo. But what's most important of all is a large rooftop deck or patio so she can host lots of parties. Audra, on the other hand, is more concerned about amenities. Can Alyssa keep the good times rolling, and keep her future tenant happy?
