Tampa Couple Look for Mediterranean and Colonial Style Homes

Recently engaged, Bri and Eric, are eager to purchase a home together in Tampa before their wedding. He loves the Mediterranean style that's so prevalent in the area, while she hopes to find something more Colonial in style, much like the homes she grew up around in Pennsylvania. With a budget of $300,000 and a vastly different wish list, it's not going to be easy for this couple to find something they can agree on.
