Michigan transplants Melinda and Greg DeVries are crazy about Seattle, rain and all. But as their search for a larger home begins, will the red-hot real estate market dampen their spirits? The Emerald City may give off a laid back, eco-friendly vibe, but its housing market is moving at warp speed. Homes are often snatched off the market as soon as they're listed.
