Roost in the Ranch in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Julie and Nick just relocated to Denver and want to find a house before their wedding. The busy finance professionals want style, a modern kitchen and a big yard for their little terrier. They are looking in the Denver suburb of Highlands Ranch known for sprawling open space and lots of families. The first house they see has a granite kitchen with stainless appliances but the yard looks into the neighbors. Next, they see a two story with a private yard but the popcorn ceilings and outdated kitchen turn them off. The third house has stunning views and a modern kitchen but no yard for the dog.
