Room Service Refugees in Philadelphia

Sean and Kim have just relocated to Philadelphia for Sean's new job. They are living in the hotel where Sean works while they look for an updated home close to downtown with great views and a gourmet kitchen. The first house they tour is a renovated three bedroom listed at $450K. They love the trendy location and open floor plan, but the kitchen is small. Next they see a modernized row house listed at $425K. It has a great rooftop deck, but the lack of master bath could be a deal breaker. The third home is a newly constructed three-bedroom priced at $459K. It is the only one with a parking garage, but the price may be more than Sean and Kim can swing. And the street doesn't have the charm they prefer. Which one will they choose?
