Portia has been crashing at her best friend, Kamila's home, after a bad break up. She's ready to move on with her life and has decided to buy her first home. With a budget of $250,000 - $300,000, she has a lot of very specific requirements in this future house. She wants to find a place that's move-in ready, near her dance studio, has dance space inside the house, enough room her costumes and make-up, a pool and 2 extra bedrooms for roommates. It's a tall order for her real estate agent, Manon Mohammady to fill. Can she deliver?
