Professional book editor Brenda Copeland has been living in her pint-size, 300-square-foot apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for eight years. Sharing the space with her two roommates, cats, Chester and Spanky has not been easy, and using her sofa bed as a guest room leaves her virtually no room. So Brenda has finally saved enough money for her own place, but with the super-competitive and super-expensive housing market in Manhattan, she hopes she can find something she can afford. Real estate broker Michelle Churchill signs on to help.
