For Sale by Owner

Newlyweds Mary Kaluza and Scott Maxson would liked to find a house that is for sale by owner. On their wish list are a music studio for Scott, a large kitchen for Mary and a bedroom with a bathroom attached for Mary's 9-year-old daughter, Korin. Mary and Scott drive by a house that they saw before they were married and hope it is still for sale. The "for sale" sign is no longer in front of the house, so the couple calls the owner. They discover that an offer had been made on the house, but they can write up an offer in the event that the current offer falls through. Will the newlyweds offer be accepted?
