First-Time Homeowners

Danielle and Jay Williams are newlyweds who are ready to buy their first home. His parents are in town on a visit, and they happily accompany the young couple on their house hunt. However, after touring several houses in the couple's price range, the whole group becomes disheartened--their down payment just won't buy them the sort of home for which they were hoping. His parents come to their rescue and offer to "invest" in their son and daughter-in-law by helping them come up with a larger down payment. Now the couple is on the right track to finding the home of their dreams.
