Family Growth Prompts Move

Meg and Brian Puccinelli and their daughters, Hannah and Hailey, are looking for a home to give them room to grow. They need four bedrooms and a larger yard, and they'd also love to find a home with a swimming pool. They are looking for a home that's in move-in condition, but as their realtors Roxanne and Bruce Ellison have told them, that is easier said than done in a neighborhood full of older homes that need updating. After a fruitless search for a move-in-ready home, Meg and Bruce take a look at a "fixer-upper" that has all of the other elements the family wants. Meg thinks the home has potential and brings Brian back to check it out. Brian agrees that with some updating, the home might just be ideal.
