Kevin is an avid cyclist who is ready to move out of his parents' place and buy his first home in the Detroit suburbs. Unlike most house hunters, he could not care less about fine finishes; his top priority is storage space for his prize possessions ? his bikes! His best friend Ryan will come along as Kevin looks for a ranch style home with his ultimate fantasy space: a temperature-controlled, well-lit room where he can work on his treasured rides. But will a budget that tops out at $200,000 be enough to kick this search into high gear?
