Beachfront Hopes

Cynde and Brad Carley are busy bicoastal commuters who believe that buying a home is their best chance to add some stability to their lives. After traveling between the East and West coasts for more than a year on business, this couple is looking to settle down in a condominium in their current West Coast beach neighborhood--that is until they see how small those beach-front condos are. They must decide if they want to venture further inland from their beloved beach in order to get the space they need. When their realtor Cesar Marquez suggests that they could even afford a house if they switched neighborhoods, the Carleys are sold.
