Chicago to Syracuse

Barry loves the convenience and views from his high-rise condo in downtown Chicago. But he's also passionate about his work. So when he was offered a plumb job at an adult literacy non-profit in Syracuse, New York, he agreed to leave the windy city behind. Barry's longtime friend, designer Kim Dalton, flies in to help with the house hunt and with the visualizing of any necessary renovoations. Leslie shows the pair a duplex, then a small, renovated charmer, and then a large fixer. Which one will Barry chose as home base for his new life in a new town?
