In this episode we revisit some of our most memorable buyers, including an internet entrepreneur who bought a Chicago condo and renovated it. Still unsatisfied, he gave it yet another makeover, ultimately spending a million dollars to turn it into a deluxe party space. We'll catch up with a couple who bought a choppy Craftsman-style bungalow in Houston, and managed to open up the layout and update the kitchen without spending a lot of money. Finally, one couple had little money left to spend on updates after buying a home in Kansas, so they decided to get their hands dirty with a bargain-priced do-it-yourself renovation you have to see to believe!
