With two active boys, Aaron and Alex, the Martinezs lead a full life but it's lacking the fun factor. HGTV is surprising this family of four with an exciting dream vacation to one ofthe most popular US cities, San Francisco. Known for iconic landmarks, and steep, bustling streets, this Northern California city has been called The Paris of the West Once they arrive, they'll tour three spectacular homes that we've picked out just for them based on their wish list. The one they pick, will be theirs for a week, and HGTV picks up the tab.

Two Couples Get a Dream Vacation to Santa Fe

Matt and Natalie are young teachers who rarely get to travel anywhere aside from school trips. Additionally, Natalie and her sister, Leslie, haven't had a chance to travel together since they were kids, so a trip with her and her boyfriend, Alvie, is a dream come true. House Hunters on Vacation is sending them to picturesque Santa Fe, New Mexico, where they will be choosing between three fabulous rental homes to spend a week in while exploring the Land of Enchantment.

A Family From Baltimore Visits Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Elementary school principal Andrew Taylor, and his stay-at-home wife, Robin, are perpetually in motion chasing around their four kids, Claire, Ella, Colin, and Will. Ranging in age from 3 to 9, the kids keep their parents on their toes. As the headmaster of a private Baltimore school, Andrew and his family live in school housing on the campus. While living in close proximity to work is convenient, it can also be limiting. House Hunters on Vacation is surprising the Taylor family with trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a week's vacation in a rental home of their choosing, and HGTV is picking up the tab!

Running a small business in Sonora, California exhausts owners, Dan and Kelly Johnson. Add in four active kids, including two teenagers, and the Johnsons are run ragged. Between shuttling their kids to basketball, hockey, soccer, and track practices, Dan and Kelly seldom have a chance to catch their breath.

When Nathan and Michelle moved into Nathan's childhood home in Encinitas, California they knew the kitchen would need to be remodeled. They'll get the Royal Treatment as host Taniya Nayak shows them three breathtaking properties, and which ever one they pick they'll get to stay in for a week.

A Family Takes an Educational Trip to Washington, DC

Retired Air Force Major Stacy Reddish is a single mom of four who lives in Colorado Springs. Each morning she shuttles her kids to different schools, picks them up after school, then drops them off at various activities; Mitch has lacrosse practice, Cole and Zach can't be late for soccer practice, and Addy needs to get to her job at the zoo. Wait until Stacy, and her kids, discover that they'll be getting a break from their busy lives with a week's vacation in our nation's capitol, Washington D.C., and HGTV is picking up the tab!

Adam and Paula Bernstein, of Boca Raton, Florida, lead a full life. Jason Viers owns two popular hair salons and while his wife Cara helps him out, she is also busy teaching ballet at the local YMCA.
