Texans Colt and Brooke have lived in a travel trailer for two years to save for a new life and business together on gorgeous St. Croix. Their tight quarters have Brooke adding a million-dollar view to her long wish list, but Colt wants to keep things simple and budget-friendly with a house that has room for his boat and gear for a charter fishing business.
