American surfers Seth, 32, and Lindsey, 28, have decided to ''retire early'' in a beautiful spot known as the Nicaraguan Riviera. After living in a caretakers' cottage for nearly a year, they've saved enough money to buy a place of their own. But can their $200,000 budget get them a place with a view of the surf that brought them here in the first place?
