Despite its odd layout and decrepit state, Mina and Karen are taking on an old house with a ton of historic charm in the Old Southside neighborhood. As framing starts, the crew uncovers a major structural problem that hits the budget hard, and later, Mina gets some bad news that could threaten a huge selling point of the house.
