Tracy Beckett and Adam Steinberg have been trying to sell their townhouse for nearly five months with sparsely attended open houses and zero offers. With a second mortgage weighing them down and their first child due in a couple of months, they need to sell renovate and sell the place before the arrival of their brand new baby boy. They have begun to neutralize the decor, but know they need some professional help to speed up the process.
