Tracy Beckett and Adam Steinberg have been trying to sell their townhouse for nearly five months with sparsely attended open houses and zero offers. With a second mortgage weighing them down and their first child due in a couple of months, they need to sell their townhouse and renovate at their second property before the arrival of their brand new baby boy.
