After first sharing a tiny bachelor apartment, best friends Leah and Sarita have outgrown their new two-bedroom pad and are now looking for a bigger and better urban home with plenty of perks. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find the busy duo a tranquil new apartment with lots of charm and hardwood floors, but with their limited budget, admits it's a tall order. They tour a number of options, but finding a place with evenly sized bedrooms proves to be a challenge. That is, until a converted mansion delivers more than they ever expected. Can Sarita and Leah impress the meticulous landlord with their credentials? And can Jodi transform the awkward living room into a great space for entertaining?
